Responsibilities

Reviews project plans, proposals, and objectives

Works with architects, structural engineers, MEPs engineers, civil engineers for all site activity, plan consistency and RFIs

Assigns responsibilities and builds schedules based on approvals and building permit needs

Designs and conducts tests to determine project progress

Determines and stays within budget for consultants

Reports to management on progress

Recommends plan and schedule changes when necessary

Complies with state and federal regulations and ensures a clean and safe work environment

Required

High school diploma required; College degree preferred.

A minimum of three years experience relevant experience

Possess excellent communication skills in order to work with both external and internal customers

Ability to read and understand architectural plans

Capable of commuting to and from job sites in a timely manner

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Maintain a professional appearance and a \

attitude

This position often requires driving during the workday; Valid Driver License required. As a contingency of employment, a background check, inclusive of an MVR, will be completed.
