Responsibilities

Leading design for multiple new opportunities from beginning to end, such as managing clinical correspondence and documents, automating patient treatment, and integrating with healthcare applications.

Improving existing flagship features to enhance user experience, like making it faster for clinical users to send appointment invitations.

Collaborating with customers to gather feedback, visiting them at their workplace, and understanding their needs to influence product development.

Shaping the roadmap, prioritizing high-value products, and executing tasks without Product Managers.

Implementing processes to maximize team productivity, formalizing design standards, and scaling design tools for high retention delta.

Proficient in Figma

Familiar with frontend development; appreciates the building blocks of web applications and how these come together
