Responsibilities
Manage logistics for events including venue selection, catering, and AV equipment
Coordinate schedules, invitations, and communication with attendees
Create post-event evaluations and analysis
Organize marketing materials and displays for conferences
Assist in event promotion through various channels
Develop communication strategies and materials
Recommend procedure changes to improve internal and external communication
Select promotional items and materials for events
Manage inventory of marketing materials and event supplies
Collaborate on the production of event video content for social platforms
Assist in pre-launch tasks and documentation organization
Participate in website redesign and online content development
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2+ years’ experience in marketing or communications
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed to attend events
Proven experience in event planning and coordination, particularly in the trade show or exhibition industry
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
Proficiency with Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs and experience in WordPress
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event marketing and promotion
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Ability to adapt to last-minute changes, coordinate multiple projects at the same time and manage short deadlines
