Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, web parts, lists, libraries, and site pages.
Customize SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and other relevant tools.
Integrate SharePoint with SQL Server databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage mechanisms.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support SharePoint applications and data management needs.
Troubleshoot SharePoint and SQL issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve problems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, including training and documentation as needed.
Stay updated on SharePoint and SQL Server advancements, best practices, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and administration.
Proficiency in SQL Server development, including database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and other relevant SharePoint tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate or similar are a plus.
Experience with SharePoint Online and hybrid environments is desirable but not required.
