Responsibilities

Maintain daily communication with advertising agency for marketing collateral, ad releases, and budget management.

Execute e-marketing plan through social media and email marketing.

Review and deliver analytics of digital marketing campaigns.

Coordinate community and realtor events, trade show participation, and marketing calendar.

Facilitate creation of marketing collateral, community signage, and construction signage.

Coordinate sales and marketing meetings, process invoices, and handle various projects as needed.

Required

Minimum High School or GED required

Minimum 1 year experience in marketing required

Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations

Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook

Preferred

Minimum 2 years in homebuilding industry preferred
