Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure optimal productivity and professional growth.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of various engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed design plans and blueprints, ensuring they meet all necessary specifications and regulations.
Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Implement and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and procedures to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering department.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of engineering projects, making necessary adjustments to ensure their success.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the company's operations where applicable.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. A Master's degree or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering management role.
Proven experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team of engineers.
Excellent technical acumen, with a deep understanding of engineering principles, techniques, and methodologies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound technical decisions.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) certification will be considered an advantage.
