Responsibilities
Coordinates curriculum development and ensures schools have necessary resources for CSF's programs.
Creates engaging student-facing resources to facilitate student enrollment in post-secondary programs.
Collaborates with program teams to identify training needs and develop resources.
Supervises translation of resources to meet diverse language needs of students.
Collaborates with Marketing department to create materials aligned with program staff needs.
Manages procurement and inventory of promotional materials for School Based Advisors.
Monitors curriculum effectiveness, seeks feedback, and recommends changes.
Prepares program reports for CSF, funders, and stakeholders.
Develops understanding of equity and justice principles and applies them in activities and programs.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, or Human Resources, preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience to include one year of Project Management experience and one year of Curriculum Development and College Access experience.
Knowledge of post-secondary education pathways as well as college admission, career development, and financial aid requirements.
Knowledge of needs assessment tools and practices to assess and identify training needs and perform gap analysis.
Knowledge and understanding of instructional design principles.
Proficiency in creating training plans, materials, and resources that facilitate student enrollment and completion of postsecondary degrees.
Passion and commitment to continuous improvement.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Familiarity with software used for data analysis and content creation such as Salesforce, Google Suite, Canva, and Adobe.
Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Adapts to changing priorities and working with frequent interruptions.
Manages and fulfills frequent and competing deadlines.
Utilizes proactive approaches for problem-solving and decision-making.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Utilizes research skills to improve materials and ensure materials are up-to-date.
Initiative to learn and enhance skills that promote equity and an understanding of oppression and its impact on underserved populations.
Preferred
Project Management certification preferred.
First Aid and CPR certificate preferred.
Curriculum and Instruction certification.
