Responsibilities

Ensure adequate documentation and accuracy of development work related to the assigned project.

Collaborate with other departments, deliver technical presentations, and guide software improvement processes.

Work with teams to build software for different hardware, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Develop software under coding standards, report progress, and implement continuous integration and delivery methodologies.

Gather metrics, interact with teams, and ensure proper software installation and release.

Delegate work to accelerate development processes and advise customers on patches and bug fixes.

Required

Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role.

Two (2) years of experience with software development environments or equivalent

Two (2) years of experience with Linux Operating Systems

Two (2) years of experience with building and maintaining CI and CD pipelines

Two (2) years of experience with GitLab, Jenkins or any other CI tools

Two (2) years of experience with Infrastructure and service monitoring tools

Two (2) years of experience with Ansible or any configuration management tool

Two (2) years of experience with building application and pipeline cloud platforms

Two (2) years of experience with programing languages including Python and Golang

Two (2) years of experience with scripting languages

Two (2) years of experience with container technology including Docker or Kubernetes

Two (2) years of experience with reviewing, verifying, and validating software code developed in a project

Two (2) years of experience with troubleshooting application and pipeline issues

Two (2) years of experience with Agile software development methodology

One (1) year of experience with configuration and managing databases
