Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Planning: Work with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Conduct needs assessments and gap analysis to create business requirements for analytics solutions. Develop and prioritize product features based on user needs and business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with healthcare professionals, data scientists, and IT teams to gather requirements and feedback. Communicate product vision and progress to ensure alignment on goals.
Project Management: Manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and track progress. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
Product Development: Oversee the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions. Develop detailed product documentation and ensure quality and performance standards.
User Experience and Design: Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces. Ensure seamless and engaging user experience.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor product performance using metrics. Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing. Propose and implement enhancements based on insights.

Agile methodologies and project management tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI/ML or data analytics projects
Proven experience working with healthcare data, including Epic EMR
Strong background in developing and managing products from concept to launch
Preferred
Master's degree
Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in healthcare
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
