Responsibilities
Enables the QA team through communicating priorities, troubleshooting blockers (e.g., tooling fixes), and task-tracking.
Coordinates deadlines on all deliverables (e.g., Quality reports).
Helps to scale best practices across programs and languages.
Assists in monitoring teams' progress and coordinating schedules.
Coordinates vendor and internal stakeholder support efforts to improve data quality.
Assists in preparing Quality Improvement progress and planning documentation when necessary.
Attends all vendor and internal meetings pertaining to the project as needed.

Required
Previous project coordination experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Computer knowledge and interest.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
