Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with services
Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth
Communication: Conduct a high volume of calls and Zoom meetings each week to engage with clients and drive business outcomes (30-50 per week)
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively (we have a CS team, but you will get pinged)
Autonomous Execution: Develop and implement strategies independently to meet and exceed sales targets
Collaboration: Work closely with the support, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and achieve company goals
Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to help inform product development and improvements
Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing priorities and market conditions, demonstrating resilience and flexibility
Problem-solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, providing innovative solutions to challenges

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years experience in account management, sales, or a related role
Goal oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
Familiarity with CRM software and willingness to build processes
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
High degree of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work in the office 3 days per week (tbd/potential to increase to 4 days in 2024)
Preferred
Experience in developing new business opportunities among existing and new customers
Cross-functional experience working with customer service and product development to improve the entire customer experience
