Responsibilities
Team up with experienced Real Estate Appraisers to prepare and develop detailed commercial and residential appraisal reports.
Conduct thorough research, gather and analyze market data to support appraisal services.
Perform precise data entry and analysis to ensure accuracy.
Assist in developing and refining comprehensive appraisal reports.
Keep all appraisal documents and data well-organized.
Collaborate with the appraisal team to ensure timely, high-quality report delivery.

Required
Must have experience in the real estate appraisal preferably in the market area of TX, USA. (At least 1-2 years)
Proven experience in residential and commercial real estate appraisal; commercial experience is a plus!
Excellent data entry and data analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Solid research capabilities and report writing expertise.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Proficiency with appraisal software and tools is a plus.
