Responsibilities

Position Coda to win in a broad market context, amongst a diverse list of competitors in a variety of audiences.

Develop a deep understanding of enterprise customer and decision-maker personas, pain points, and use cases to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Lead the end-to-end execution of product launches and feature updates targeting enterprise customers, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and sales enablement.

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the enterprise segment.

Develop and deliver effective sales tools and training programs that empower the sales team to effectively communicate the value of enterprise features to prospects and customers.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for enterprise feature adoption and campaign effectiveness, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies over time.

Establish Coda as a thought leader in enterprise productivity tools through participation in industry events, webinars, and other relevant forums.

Foster a deep understanding of our users and customers, and help evangelize that understanding with our leadership and partner teams.
