Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and apps.
Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and applications.
Develop and manage document management systems, ensuring efficient organization, storage, and retrieval of documents.
Customize and configure SharePoint sites to meet organizational needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective SharePoint solutions.
Ensure SharePoint security and compliance with PBGC standards and policies.
Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features, best practices, and industry trends.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a strong focus on integration and document management.
Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and SharePoint Designer.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Solid understanding of document management principles and best practices.
Experience integrating SharePoint with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
SharePoint Developer or Administrator certification.
Experience with Nintex workflows and forms.
Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure, and Office 365.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
