Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive analysis of selected diseases across internal and public datasets to identify molecular correlates of disease severity and subgroups.

Analyze the molecular effect of pharmacological interventions across compounds and diseases to inform differentiation and indication expansion opportunities.

Analyze and harmonize diverse datasets to evaluate similarities and differences between internal and external assets.

Align research findings with scientific priorities and address key scientific questions.

Contribute to the scientific narrative and publication strategy by providing insights and findings on molecular diversity of drugs in systemic immunological diseases.

Required

PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a Related Field: Candidates in the final year of their PhD thesis are also eligible to apply.

Experience in analyzing Transcriptomic and genomic data (and/or other high-dimensional, biological data modalities) and a strong interest in expanding.

Proficient in analyzing high-dimensional biological data modalities including transcriptomics and genomics.

Advanced coding skills in R and/or Python, along with familiarity with common bioinformatics tools.

Solid background in statistics and machine learning techniques.

Ability to interpret complex biological data and formulate clear, testable hypotheses for experts in various fields.

Demonstrated strong publication record or other notable scientific accomplishments such as awards, patents, or grants.

Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
