Responsibilities
Lead and execute the upgrade process for the IBM FileNet system, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Configure and implement IBM Datacap components to work seamlessly with the upgraded FileNet system.
Develop custom Datacap applications and solutions tailored to business requirements.
Customize and enhance Datacap workflows, rules, and configurations to improve efficiency.
Integrate IBM Datacap with IBM FileNet and other enterprise systems to ensure smooth data flow.
Manage data migration and synchronization between the old and new systems.
Perform comprehensive testing of the upgraded system to verify functionality, performance, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the upgrade process.
Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on new system functionalities and features.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.

Required
Experience working with IBM Datacap and FileNet.
Proven experience in upgrading IBM FileNet systems and integrating with IBM Datacap.
Strong understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) principles and best practices.
Proficiency in Datacap development, including Task Profiles, Rulesets, and Actions.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript) and SQL.
Knowledge of system integration and data migration methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
IBM Certified Solution Designer - Datacap Taskmaster Capture.
Experience with IBM Content Navigator and IBM Case Manager.
Familiarity with cloud-based ECM solutions and hybrid environments.
