Responsibilities
Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide planning and operational improvement projects within our medical device organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in the medical device industry.
Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Work closely with senior leadership to determine project priorities and strategic direction.
Drive project execution, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of deliverables.
Develop strategies for resource allocation, acquisition, and effective engagement.
Manage project timeframes and ensure alignment with organizational timelines and milestones.
Mentor and coach junior employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Provide technical and strategic guidance to team members.
Schedule and lead regular project and departmental meetings.
Ensure meetings are productive, with clear action items and follow-ups.

Required
Must need PMO integration background
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
8-10 years of project management experience in the medical device industry
Need to have Integration Experience
Must have experience working with cross-functional teams across R&D, Global Operations, Quality, and IT
Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide projects and operational improvements
Create and maintain comprehensive project charters, outlining project scope, objectives, and key stakeholders
Ensure project charters are approved and aligned with organizational goals
Develop detailed project plans and workflows, utilizing Gantt charts and other project management tools
Maintain and update project plans to reflect current project status and progress
Preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred
