Required

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
Experience with SQL for data manipulation and R, Python, or Stata for statistical programming
Experience with healthcare data sources and enterprise data warehouses
Excellent quantitative analysis abilities
Ability to manage research projects through the entire life cycle

Preferred

Masters or PhD in health policy, economics, statistics, data science, or epidemiology
Demonstrated ability to conduct nuanced analyses and communicate results effectively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Well-versed in Equity and Inclusion concepts
Experience with causal inference methods
