Responsibilities
Manage the RSM Visiting Scholars program, including coordination of application, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Lead the Institute’s thematic workstreams, coordinating stakeholders to organize convenings and drive outputs on various topics.
Serve as the principal administrative contact for the Institute, liaising with program participants, partners, students, and staff.
Organize and facilitate the RSM Speaker Series and other events, workshops, and convenings.
Conduct research relevant to RSM and prepare briefing materials, written outputs, and reports.
Supervise interns, student research assistants, and staff for specific RSM projects and programs.
Work closely with Institute leadership on strategy, operational processes, and budgetary review.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5 or more years of experience in administration and management of programming and events
Supervisory experience
Domain knowledge and experience with Internet, technology policy, and/or social media related issues
Prior experience with program management and coordination, including command of project management tools, workflows, and best practices
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including faculty
Experience facilitating events and programs, including designing and leading workshops or other educational sessions
Experience managing workflows and personnel, including direct reports
Organization, attention to detail, motivation to take initiative, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Effective written communication skills, including for academic and general audiences; interpersonal skills, including experience leading groups
