Responsibilities
Performs stockroom duties including receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts based on customer requirements
Operates handheld devices for requisition & inventory management
Follows procedures outlined by Best Practices, SOPs & work instructions
Communicates openly with supervisors regarding daily duties and makes decisions to meet customer requirements
Promotes personal growth and development by staying informed of new policies and improvements
Raises customer concerns and identifies solutions with a goal of quick resolution
Represents Thermo Fisher Scientific positively at customer locations

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to present and articulate points by verbal and written communications
1-2 years of dynamic proven experience in applicable field with GXP experience preferred
Ability to establish and champion positive customer relationships
Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach in all duties
Demonstrate expertise in the ability to identify inefficiencies in any process and make recommendations for improvement
Detail oriented, technically proficient, organized, problem solver, promotes team environment
Willingness to work overtime as the need arises
