Responsibilities
Work with VP of Marketing to develop and refine multi-channel messaging strategy & creative that boosts brand awareness, drives understanding of our value proposition, builds Remo’s reputation, and supports patient/caregiver enrollment
Help craft and iterate on our positioning and in-market messaging, ensuring that it resonates with thought leaders, buyers and dyads (patient and caregiver) at every touchpoint
Design and implement strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets in specific geographies by deeply understanding the dyads we serve
Support the VP of Marketing to oversee and optimize our performance marketing initiatives from campaign creation to results assessment; track and analyze campaign metrics in real-time and adjust to increase campaigns’ success
Create processes and workflows that streamline and share best practices for engaging and enrolling dyads
Use data and analytics to tailor specific messaging proven to drive enrollment; use these insights to optimize for performance across all media channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, driving forward on our company KPIs and supporting our customers’ goals
Work closely with our product team to build a seamless member journey, from enrollment campaigns through onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts
Have a deep understanding of the consumer landscape and market trends, and know how to apply these to Remo’s business to drive results

Required
Have at least 8-10 years of experience in marketing
Have at least 5 years of experience working in healthcare, crafting messages geared towards patients and/or providers
Have experience executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and retention
Are deeply curious about what makes people tick and passionate about connecting with them in authentic, meaningful ways
Have experience working in product marketing (launching new product lines)
Are detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Have your own engine: you see what needs to be done and raise your hand, versus needing to be told what to do and how to do it. You’re also equally collaborative and team-minded – you believe in “we over me”
Have excellent communication skills that are second nature to you. You can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to many different audiences
Preferred
Crafting messages to reach/resonate with older adult populations
Working with ACOs, health plans or risk-bearing entities
Working with customers in healthcare to craft messaging that aligns with their brand
Crafting and leading dynamic, first-to-market partnerships with like-minded organizations
