Responsibilities
Review incoming material and create debt records in the database
Perform data searches and analyze information from multiple sources
Compile case-related information and submit to the appropriate client site
Conduct quality control review of team members' work
Research and post payments to debts in a timely manner
Review reports and close expired debts in the database
Enter event codes related to enforcement actions in the database
Generate form documents and manipulate spreadsheets for tracking
Communicate professionally with management, government officials, and debtors
Perform other assigned duties

Required
High School diploma
A minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience, including data entry responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and in accessing, learning, and maintaining various databases and online resource search engines
Must be local to area
Ability to work independently and efficiently with guidance from supervisor and team members
Ability to retrieve and analyze data and information from multiple sources
Attention to detail and quality control techniques to ensure accuracy
Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including personal computers, photocopiers, telephone systems and scanners
Ability to perform editing, reformatting and generating written and electronic documents using MS Word and other document generation software
U.S. Citizenship and Favorable credit check
Ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation
Preferred
Four-year undergraduate degree
Ability to deliver the highest quality of work under extreme pressure
Strong organizational and communication skills
