Responsibilities

Establish a best-in-class analytics practice for marketing performance optimization and future investment planning

Act as a trusted analytics business partner to marketing stakeholders

Lead and mentor a team of high-performance analytics managers

Drive multi-touch attribution (MTA) adoption and provide valuable insights to marketing leaders

Develop analytics product roadmaps and execute against them

Design and implement intuitive dashboards

Partner with marketing technology team to enhance datasets and tracking

Develop standardized analytical processes

Perform analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and operations

Required

At least 7 years of relevant experience (with at least 2 years of people leadership experience)

Strong analytical, processing, and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses

Strong experience with Tableau

Strong experience with SQL

Strong experience with Multi Touch Attribution (MTA) models

Experience with Google Analytics

Experience with data warehouses (such as AWS or Databricks)

Experience with CDP or segmentation/activation tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (such as Salesforce)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on strong excel skills)

Conceptual thinker with proven analytical & problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
