Responsibilities

Identify, track, measure, and report metrics impacting client retention and drivers of retention, collaborating with the automation team to scale reporting efficiently

Uncover retention opportunities through analytical approaches and recommend actions for service teams

Influence senior internal stakeholders to prioritize problems and guide them in implementing solutions

Collaborate proactively with stakeholders and partners to solve bugs and data quality issues

Enable automation opportunities as needed

Improve processes and systems in various stages of the data pipeline

Required

Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics with 1 – 4 years in business analytics

Experience with advanced data manipulation and summarization skills using Excel/Python

Intermediate SQL knowledge to fetch relevant data from warehouse

PowerPoint skills including ability to summarize key message and leverage compelling charts

Demonstrated expertise in descriptive analytics and statistical analyses are good to have

Intermediate PowerBI knowledge to leverage it as a tool to manipulate large size datasets
