Senior Application Developer Full Stack and Azure

Responsibilities
Collaborates with business representatives, client relationship managers, and technical leads to analyze, define, and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
Leads elicitation sessions using a variety of requirements gathering methods and delivers formal presentations to upper and senior management.
Manages large/enterprise scope projects, tracks progress, identifies risks, communicates status, and assesses potential impacts to the business.
Interacts with vendors, enterprise technical resources, and application developers to develop complex solutions evaluating ROI, budget, risks, and timelines.
Provides second level support to resolve escalated incidents or fulfill requests received from users and manages resolution of application incidents and requests.
Guides others in defining, documenting, and executing rigorous test plans, ensures data security, application reliability, and coordinates application reporting requests.
Maintains technical documentation, application knowledge base, and contributes to the development of standards, policies, and procedures.
Performs more advanced programming tasks, analyzes software code for quality and security, and contributes to the development of standards, policies, and procedures.

Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
Equivalent Work experience may substitute for degree
7 + years of IT work experience
4-7 years of experience with Full Stack Development, .NetCore, React and Azure
3+ years leading small / medium size projects
Experience in delivering solutions for an enterprise-wide application (ERP)
Preferred
Knowledge of healthcare patient receivables and/or call center operations
