Responsibilities

Manage all US social media accounts and responsible for the maintenance of organic content.

Implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, and digital advertising.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content that resonates with US consumers.

Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize product offerings.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.

Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to inform future marketing strategies.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing. Prior experience working in the luxury skincare or cosmetics industry highly preferred.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including paid social platforms, Google Ads, Shopify, & Klaviyo, among others.

Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
