Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals and objectives and specifically drive lead generation for the sales team to increase new client sales.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive efforts that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation across all marketing platforms. Continuously evaluate and refine branding strategies to adapt to market trends and strengthen competitive positioning, ensuring AnswerNet remains a trusted industry leader.
Digital Marketing and Web Development: Lead our digital marketing and web development team in the planning, optimizing, measuring, and tracking all SEO initiatives to increase our organic traffic, search rankings, click-through rates, driving qualified leads with high conversion rates. Collaborate optimize web content, paid search ads, and landing pages based on SEO analysis and research.
Social Media Development: Develop and implement educational and thought-provoking social media strategies to position AnswerNet as an industry thought leader. Create engaging content that drives conversation, shares industry insights, and showcases expertise, fostering a knowledgeable and engaged online community.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and email.
Market Research: Conduct market research and trend analysis to uncover growth opportunities and competitive advantages. Identify and evaluate competitor strategies and positioning, and develop effective counter-strategies.
Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and regularly report on marketing activities, results, and ROI to senior management.
RFP Management: Collaborate with the RFP manager to drive RFP acquisitions and provide strategic oversight and delivery of client presentations throughout the RFP process.
Conference Planning: Organize conference, tradeshows, and major events and provide post-event reports and analysis.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Call Center Industry experience required
5+ Years of proven experience as a Marketing Director, with strong leadership and a track record in lead generation, customer acquisition, and data-driven analysis.
Comprehensive budget management and analysis
Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM, analytics tools) and an understanding of SEO, web analytics, and PPC advertising.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as organizational proficiency and keen attention to detail.
Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, demonstrating adaptability in managing multiple projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
