Responsibilities
Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract and manipulate data from a data warehouse for analysis.
Perform data segmentation and aggregation to derive actionable insights.
Apply data modeling techniques to structure and organize data effectively.
Utilize data query and processing tools/systems, including relational and NoSQL databases.
Work with AWS services such as Redshift, Athena, and core concepts for data analysis.
Utilize analytical and data modeling tools like Python, R, or PyCharm for analysis.
Present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.
Demonstrate critical-thinking skills, creativity, and end-to-end quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Manage tasks effectively with a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
Continuously learn and improve skills related to data analysis and business system interactions.

Required
Technical undergraduate degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics etc.) or equivalent experience
Advanced SQL skills to get the data you need from a data warehouse and perform data segmentation and aggregation from scratch
Data query and data processing tools/systems (e.g., relational, NoSQL, stream processing)
Familiarity with AWS (Redshift, Athena, and AWS core concepts)
Familiarity with Data modeling
Familiarity in analytical and data modeling tools, such as Python, R, or PyCharm
Self-starter who attacks the problem with excellent critical-thinking skills, creativity, and end-to-end quantitative and qualitative analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
High level of professionalism, passion, strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills with attention to detail and bias to action
Inquisitive, curious, and bias towards learning and continuous improvement
Preferred
8+ years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis
Ability to grasp quickly and get up to speed on instrumentation, clickstream data, data architecture, and complex business system interactions such as Salesforce, Amazon Connect, EWFM
