Responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert for order management – understand the tiny details and minutiae that keep LIV’s orders running and use that knowledge to drive change.
Own the non-invoiced order process at LIV – Manage and track samples and giveback service and cost. Build a process that not only works for the current system but easily shifts into a new order management system.
Own the data analyses and dashboards for the order management team. Run ad hoc analyses as needed for the Order Management Manager.
More importantly, anticipate needs before the team requests them and create important and easy-to-read dashboards that drive change and create value.
Partner with Order Management Manager to help build OMS at LIV to ensure best-in-class service.
Partner with sales to build tracking and analytics around customer orders. Use information to drive change both internally at LIV and externally with partners.
After OMS work is completed, partner with AR analysts to drive change in deductions and collections. Be the point person for the customer service team in terms of understanding deductions research and the actions that minimize them.
Serve as lead trainer and backup as OM department is built.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, economics, or another business-related field)
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in CPG or beverage company
Ability to take a set of data and turn it into insights and actions
Able to adapt and think critically under pressure in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; dependable and accurate
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and/or other data analysis/presentation toolsets
Quick learner – not afraid of testing new programs, ways of working, or strategy. Constant seeker of untapped knowledge
Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors and colleagues in a thoughtful and attentive manner
