Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for other Business Intelligence Analysts and provide senior-level guidance.

Maintain current Data Extracts for Dashboards and Reports.

Create Data Sets suitable for self-service use.

Document new analytical products.

Maintain and improve the data dictionary.

Conduct ad hoc reporting on strategic and operational inquiries.

Track and report performance metrics for operational teams.

Collaborate with functional department leads to assess analytical needs and prioritize requests.

Conduct in-depth analyses to address business queries and prepare presentations to convey findings.
