Responsibilities

Conduct a thorough clinical review of the Protocol, Informed Consent Form, and sponsor materials for the development of a Medicare Coverage Analysis (MCA) and associated amendments.
Apply coverage determinations to protocol-specific tests and procedures, ensuring alignment with Appropriate Use Criteria and physician practice standards for compliant billing.
Compare various documents to ensure congruence and alignment with appropriate standards for the development of the MCA and associated amendments.
Collaborate with clinical trial manager and budget analyst to address deficiencies before protocol activation.
Review and address questions related to financial documents/protocols from sponsors or research sites.

Required

A Bachelors' degree in a clinical or scientific discipline (RN, or Advanced Medical Degree)
A Minimum of four years of clinical research related experience
Two years of experience in protocol review, budget and/or MCA completion
Prior oncology research experience
Knowledge of common coverage analysis practices
