Responsibilities
Provide programmatic support for ongoing In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) efforts, coordinate programmatic and technical information inputs, projects and status across functional areas working group meetings, external IPT sessions, in-process reviews, and other program related meetings.
Coordinate and attend Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, in-process reviews, and other program related meetings. Provide meeting minutes, prepare and run meeting slides/presentations, capture meeting action items, analyze the information from these meetings and provide programmatic impacts.
Provide tracking task status and documents, and work schedules.
Provide program management, schedule management and cost management recommendations. Identify problem areas and make recommendations to prevent and correct program documentation errors.
Prepare ad hoc reports and briefs as required.
Deliver, track, and compile program management documentation as required and submit to the Government customer for validation and approval.
Coordinate and assist in responding to program data calls: assign, track and close program action items.

Required
Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years or more years of relevant experience; Master's degree and one (1) year or more of relevant experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance before start
Requires experience supporting NAVWAR and NIWC Pacific engineering programs
Preferred
Completion of project management education with certificate or training is highly desired. PMP certification is a plus
Advanced use of MS Office Suite to include Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Understanding of PEO Digital / NAVWAR / NIWC PAC organization structure, programs of records and mission focus
