Responsibilities
Administrative support for all card programs (P-Card, T&E and Fuel)
Ability to negotiate contracts relating to meetings and events
Monitoring/Managing category spend through report technology
Supplier Management and continuous evaluation / assessment of supplier performance, ensuring consistency of service, quality, and compliance to contracts and established service level agreements.
Assist in benchmarking of internal and external costs against industry and competitive standards
Ability to think strategically; excellent project management, facilitation and interpersonal and negotiation skills are required.
Ability to build strategic supplier relationships, lead project teams and work effectively in a complex business environment. Anticipates and identifies internal customer needs and recommends solutions to complex situations.

Required
Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with Travel/Expense programs like Concur or similar platforms
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Customer service
Excellent verbal/written communication
Multi-task – high volume work environment
Results orientated, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry or customer service
