Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure core automation solutions using UiPath software

Assist in providing end-to-end results using a variety of automation tools or languages

Play a key role in business process improvement reviews to identify automation opportunities

Manage QA and maintenance for all automation processes

Problem-solve issues in day-to-day running of robotic processes

Build relationships with stakeholders for future automation opportunities

Work closely with technology and product teams on program strategy

Distribute Intelligent Automation knowledge throughout the business

Collaborate with global automation team on emerging technologies

Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards in automated processes

Required

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an analytical and detail-oriented technology role preferred

Prior work experience and familiarity with RPA or Intelligent Automation software and systems preferred

Attention to detail and an analytical mind

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity

Adaptability to new systems

Excellent problem-solving skills

High level of personal initiative and motivation

Understanding of business processes and passion for creative solutions to complex problems

Fast learner – genuinely curious about technology and driven to learn new skills

Ownership – owns projects and problems and is passionate about ensuring their successful and timely delivery / resolution

Leadership – regularly leads multi-functional teams through the resolution of complex problems and project blockers

Excellent collaboration skills, is a team player - works with others across the organization to get things done

Communicates effectively, develops, and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

Strong personal organizational and time management skills

Preferred

Experience with development/scripting skills in common languages such as VB, C#, SQL, JAVA a bonus
