Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services integral to FileNet and IPS Suite environments.

Play a key role in upgrading/migrating legacy systems to Azure Cloud, ensuring system compatibility, performance, and scalability.

Upgrade and integrate EBTS applications to support FileNet 5.5.12 and transition to IBM DataCap for advanced document management.

Collaborate with teams to re-engineer applications for Oracle 19c DB and WebLogic 14c R2 in the Azure cloud environment.

Support the entire software development lifecycle, including testing, implementation, and maintenance, while upholding high software quality standards.

Develop and sustain DevOps practices to facilitate continuous integration and deployment of enterprise solutions.

Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Java applications and the broader platform ecosystem.

Support change management as needed to help PBGC employees adapt to new technologies and application updates.

Actively participate in Agile project management activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
