Responsibilities

Analyzes learning needs and collaborates with subject matter experts to develop course content.
Writes effective learning objectives and coordinates performance assessments.
Ensures course materials are relevant and up-to-date.
Tracks and evaluates training program effectiveness through various metrics.
Provides guidance to Facilitators and develops training curriculum.
Engages in needs analysis with clients to determine relevant learning solutions.
Understands organizational strategy and objectives to align learning solutions.
Makes decisions independently and follows established guidelines.

Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum two (2) years of development experience specifically in training materials, SOPA (Standard Operation Procedure Announcement), process flows, and job aids.
Intermediate or Advanced knowledge using Microsoft office Suite and other applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, Visio,)
Intermediate knowledge using Articulate/RISE or similar platforms
Minimum Intermediate/Advanced typing and computer navigation skills using multiple systems, platforms) and an ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical difficulties
Progressive business experience with a focus on learning strategies and adult learning theories.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following areas: Business Administration; Learning and Performance; Education; Organizational/Instructional Design.
Work experience in a Medicaid health care and / or in insurance settings.
Six Sigma Certified
Cornerstone Learning Management System experience.
Experience Building Computer Based Training.
