Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively across functional teams to identify learning needs and ensure alignment around key priorities and initiatives.
Conduct robust learning needs analysis, gather data for analyses, and determine required skills and competency levels for learners.
Define and design effective learning strategies, identify training objectives, and evaluate the learning program.
Create, track, and maintain project plans, manage projects by working closely with SMEs and project team members.
Provide instructional design services to key functions like Implementations, Project Management, Client Services, and others.
Collaborate with Multimedia, Content, and LMS Administration teams to design and implement innovative training programs.
Develop learning content, including instructional media, assessments, and techniques to drive online learning adoption.
Continuously update knowledge related to instructional design, adult education, and training evaluation.
Lead small projects by initiating meetings, communicating risks, and following up on deadlines.

Required
Experience in instructional design strategies and methodologies, with emphasis on scoping, analysis, design, and evaluation
Ability to collaborate across functional teams to identify learning needs and align around key priorities and initiatives
Experience in conducting robust learning needs analysis and determining required skills and competency levels for learners/participants
Ability to define and design effective learning strategies, identify training objectives, and evaluate learning programs
Experience in project management, including creating, tracking, and maintaining project plans
Capability to manage projects by working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project team members, and effectively communicate progress and risks
Experience in evaluating learning materials and programs for effectiveness
Experience in providing instructional design services for various functions such as implementations, project management, client services, consultancy, and training
Ability to collaborate with multimedia, content, and learning management system (LMS) administration teams to design, develop, and implement training programs
Experience in analyzing learning needs, scoping training content, building training curriculum, writing storyboards/scripts, designing facilitator and participant guides, facilitating train-the-trainer sessions, creating assessments, and evaluating learning effectiveness
Proficiency in developing instructional media using graphics, video, and course authoring software
Ability to continuously update knowledge and skills related to instructional design, adult education, and training evaluation
Experience in leading small projects by initiating meetings, communicating risks, and following up on deadlines
