Responsibilities

Support enterprise information systems in highly automated and secure centralized data centers and corporate facilities.
Develop effective relationships with business stakeholders and end users.
Identify, develop, and support required IT services to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Establish and maintain service level agreements and act as the main point of contact for service issues.
Provide specific functional expertise acquired through education and experience within the field.
Supervise others in the capacity of a 'player coach' with a primary focus on individual expertise.
Apply knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within the job discipline.
Assess problems, propose solutions based on analysis, experience, judgment, and precedents.
Impact the quality of own work and that of others on the team.
Share factual information with team members and receive guidance regularly.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Preferred

Knowledge of IT/OT integration and cybersecurity considerations.
Experience with system analysis and design tools.
Familiarity with change management processes.
