Responsibilities

Participate in the development and maintenance of the BI architecture to enable a fact-driven business process and generate insights for business management

Gather BI requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with developers to deploy BI solutions consistent with the requests

Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights for making business decisions and solutions to improve business processes

Create reports and dashboards that clearly and understandably highlight information extracted from the data

Create and maintain documentation including design, requirements, and user manuals for the created reports

Identify data collection, processing, and storage procedures and programs to enable efficient and accurate analysis of business information

Improve and simplify processes related to data flow and quality to enhance data accuracy

Contribute to the development and maintenance of data warehouses using techniques such as relational structures, dimensional modeling, and structured queries

Collaborate with other business functions and internal stakeholders to identify needs, ensure data analysis aligns with business strategy and goals

Provide support to end users even after the release of reporting features, act as first-level support, train end users on basic functionalities

Required

Laurea specialista in materie scientifiche: Informatica, Ingegneria, Matematica, Fisica.

Esperienza da 2 a 5 anni maturata in ruoli simili

Buona conoscenza degli strumenti Microsoft per la Business Intelligence in particolare: Azure Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, DAX - Data Analysis eXpressions, buona conoscenza dei tool Microsoft di sviluppo in team

Conoscenza del linguaggio di interrogazione di base dati SQL

Nozioni di disegno e progettazione di data modeling (E-R)

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta

Preferred

Capacità di anticipare, individuare e comprendere le necessità di business degli stakeholder interni e come gli Analytics possano supportare le richieste e le scelte aziendali
