Responsibilities

Deliver timely and accurate scheduled reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Summarize disparate data to formulate analysis for clients.

Clarify report needs with clients and create and deliver analysis to meet their requirements.

Audit and analyze data to verify quality and integrity, and research data anomalies.

Develop and deliver complex ad hoc reports and business unit-specific information.

Provide suggestions and recommendations for necessary analytics to ensure accuracy.

Learn new technologies and systems to advance reporting and analysis knowledge.

Serve as a resource to Analyst I and II, providing information and training as needed.

Required

4-year college degree in Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering and 5-7 years analytics and reporting experience.

Advance knowledge of relational database management systems such as AS/400, Showcase, MS Access, MS SQL Server/MySQL.

Advanced SQL language skills (creating complex queries and stored procedures)

Proficient (high skill level) with various desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or Access.

VBA, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy or similar experience required.

Position requires basic business skills, an understanding of general financial operations and major AR goals, preferably in the healthcare environment.

Preferred

Healthcare experience is a plus

Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
