Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to deliver products to the market

Participate in all aspects of product development from discovery through product launch

Create clear, straightforward design solutions from ambiguous problem-sets

Rapidly iterate at low-fidelity to find the most ideal solution and transition to high fidelity for handoff

Partner with engineering early in the design process to narrow constraints and implement design solutions

Ensure high-quality design implementation through collaboration with Engineering and Product teams

Facilitate discovery and design activities with customers and stakeholders

Develop design artifacts at the necessary level of fidelity for each project

Create a supportive culture within the team for design

Develop an ongoing cadence for user research, user testing, design sharing, and other critical rituals for success

Participate in the development of a design system and style guides to support the product

Required

7+ years of experience in product design (Enterprise SaaS, healthcare industry, or healthcare data experience is a PLUS!)

Experience working closely with engineering and product management teams
