Responsibilities
Supervise or monitor all projects in progress in the department to ensure work is executed on time and in accordance with client’s requirements and company policies.
Supervise the preparation of proposals and cost estimates, staff training, development, and performance review, safety oversight, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Plan and participate in business development activities, identify project opportunities, and build and maintain client relationships.
Prepare proposals and cost estimates, develop and manage employee staffing plans, recruitment, selection, and on-boarding.
Prepare and execute annual business plan, oversee revenue growth, project billing, and collections.
Lead safety efforts, create a safe work environment, and promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.
