Responsibilities

Conceptualize and implement full funnel tracking solutions for digital marketing activities with DXP Data team
Work with DXP Data team and external vendors to implement tracking technologies for campaigns
Drive projects with analytics, marketing operations, and engineering teams for reporting needs
Develop architecture for tracking delivery campaigns and integrate new technologies
Partner with analytics team to provide current view of core metrics and create executive dashboards
Onboard third-party vendors, represent digital marketing POV in projects, and guide system evolution
Stay updated on innovations to enhance digital acquisition efforts and audience targeting
Create Rich Media build processes, conduct multi-variant testing, and address digital acquisition issues
Collaborate with SEO, SEM, AM, EMAIL, Ad Ops teams on technical needs for tracking business performance

Required

Knowledge of current solutions in the Digital, Acquisitions, Creative and AdTech ecosystem
Strong experience in building and working with a variety of websites, ad platforms, Analytics platforms, and marketing technologies
Expertise in HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, and various technologies for integrations, execution, and evaluation in the technical ad space
Experience with integrations between multiple platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, GA360, Google Campaign Manager, SA360, DV360, Marketo, Liveramp, etc.
Clear perspective on implementing tracking solutions to ensure accurate measurement of all digital activity across various vendors
Advanced understanding of how lead flow works in marketing
Passion for working cross-functionally to build scalable solutions
Innovation, creativity, and solid technical understanding of major marketing products
Ability to thrive in a constantly innovating and changing environment

Preferred

Experience with Tableau and Python
Experience in developing full funnel tracking solutions for digital marketing activities
Experience in working with cutting-edge technology vendors to integrate and evaluate new technologies
Experience in creating executive dashboards for business performance analysis
Familiarity with Rich Media build processes and workflows
Experience in multi-variant testing for piloting new programs and workflow changes
Experience in QA of website, form fill, and ad ops related inquiries
Experience in working closely with SEO, SEM, AM, EMAIL, Ad Ops teams, and internal partners on technical needs for executing and tracking digital acquisition efforts
Certifications in relevant technologies or platforms
