Responsibilities
Leveraging agile framework to drive time-boxed iterations called sprints.
Supporting Project Manager in sprint planning, daily-stands, sprint reviews, retrospective, and scrum board administration.
Removing impediments to ensure smooth project progress.
Working as an Agile Business Analyst to apply Agile principles in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
Analyzing Business Domain initiatives to identify epics and features requirements.
Assisting the Product Owner in developing and managing Product strategy, stock, and grooming the Product Catalog.
Breaking user stories into Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and helping the development team understand the bigger picture.
Converting business requirements into business process flows and functional requirements.
Serving as a Proxy Product Owner when required.

Required
Experienced with the Agile methodology
Understanding of Agile principles
Experience in driving sprint planning, daily-stands, sprint reviews, retrospective, scrum board administration
Ability to remove impediments
Analyzing business domain initiatives to identify epics and features requirements
Helping Product Owner develop and manage Product strategy
Breaking user stories into Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Converting business requirements into business process flows and functional requirements
Preferred
Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Business Analyst
Experience working with stakeholders to help them understand the benefits of Agile
Experience in stock and grooming the Product Catalog
Experience in serving as Proxy Product Owner
