Responsibilities
Prioritize safety and act as a safety leader in all tasks and responsibilities.
Understand and address partner/customer requirements related to processes, products, and issues.
Identify film, laminate, or finished product problems and ensure proper communication to the appropriate staff representatives.
Maintain accurate and timely reports on work activities and time utilization.
Participate in field trials of new packaging materials.
Participate in the commercial production of products.
Take responsibility for scheduling own time and travel based on customer priority.
Work on special projects as assigned.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, sales personnel, and internal staff.
Submit reports within 5 days, complete expense reports within one month of business trips, and provide weekly schedules within designated time frames.

Required
Possesses a technical degree
5-15 years’ experience working at converters in the flexible packaging industry
Willing to travel 60% or more and holds a valid driver’s license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience in the following key technologies: Adhesive lamination (solvent, solvent-less, water based), Printing (flexo, digital), Slitting, Bag-pouch making, Blown film co-extrusion, Extrusion lamination & coating
Experience in providing technical sales support
