Responsibilities

Engage in the complete software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment.

Develop and maintain software applications for organizational messaging systems, following established coding standards and best practices.

Maintain and modify legacy code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure messaging solutions.

Ensure software reliability, scalability, and performance through thorough testing, debugging, and optimization.

Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and work with team members to drive continuous improvement.

Present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required

Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline with 8+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience in lieu of a degree (6 years).

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.

Proficiency and experience in building web interfaces using React components.

Proficiency in working with SQL, C#, JavaScript, and git - essentially a full-stack developer.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.

A professional attitude with attention to detail, customer service, and excellent organizational skills.
