Responsibilities

System Design and Architecture: Design, architect, and implement identity management solutions that meet the organization's security and scalability requirements.

Identity Integration: Integrate identity services seamlessly into applications, ensuring a cohesive user experience across platforms.

Collaborate and mentor other senior engineers while providing guidance through code, design, and architecture reviews.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in identity management, identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

Estimate and manage team project timelines and risks.

Participate in hiring and onboarding for new team members.

Lead cross-team engineering initiatives.

Required

7+ years of delivering value through software in a collaborative environment.

Proficiency in at least one identity management system, such as Keycloak, Okta, Auth0, or similar.

Strong understanding of authentication protocols and standards (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).

Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other identity and access management (IAM) concepts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, result-driven environment.

Being self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
