Responsibilities

You will be writing code to bring new features to power various Alexa experiences.

You will work with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers. Quality Assurance and Developers on a daily basis.

You will support the software you created to ensure it is of high quality and reliable.

You will work with sister teams and other teams at Amazon to build consensus and get alignment.

You will enjoy great BBQ in team events. We are split between Austin and Seattle. Your choice!

Required

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred

3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
