Responsibilities
Project Management: Take on leading and supporting roles across various projects.
Business Analysis: Create business and functional requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter, third-party solutions, and reporting integrations. Participate in user acceptance testing.
Data Analysis: Support business decisions by analyzing data and providing reports to the claims team. Work closely with key stakeholders to gather information and requirements for data analysis, reporting, and Tableau dashboards.
Process Improvement: Map workflows and procedures, analyze them, and suggest changes to optimize the entire claim lifecycle. Help claims management evaluate, prioritize, and follow up on enhancements to claim systems.
Training Content Development/Delivery: Develop and update claims training materials. Incorporate content into training applications and participate in delivering the training.
Collaboration/Communication: Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with the claims team, offering support as needed to align with business strategies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of P&C insurance experience required
Strong preference for formal business analysis skills, including supporting insurance claims processes or technology projects
Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, question assumptions, and offer innovative solutions
Experience in data collection, report creation, and communication across organizational levels
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Strong organizational and facilitation skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
