Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements to understand needs and determine system functionalities.

Lead the development of product roadmap components focusing on digital capabilities.

Serve as a liaison between Business, Architecture, Development, UX, and Testing teams.

Strategize for system process optimization and recommend business priorities.

Gather testable system requirements and translate them into use cases.

Understand service contracts, APIs, and integration into UX environments.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field of study

Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Manager, IT Consultant, or related occupation

Experience in writing SQL and PL/SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis

Experience in technical business systems analysis

Experience working in financial or banking institutions

Knowledge of markets and trading systems including Financial markets, Equities, Options, Fixed Income, and Mutual Fund trading

Experience in gathering and analyzing Business and Data Requirements across multiple applications and technologies throughout the full SDLC of projects

Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA or Confluence

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology

Knowledge of business process reengineering

Understanding of business modeling concepts

Experience in business systems development and analysis
